We are so pleased to announce that we were able to purchase our first Cuddle Blanket. The cuddle blanket will be available for use by the paediatric intensive care team and the A&E team at RMCH.
The CuddleBlanket mortuary blanket provides grieving families an opportunity to spend time with their loved ones without having to cool the whole room.
Thank you for all of your support enabling us to donate hopefully, the first of many.
There is a very large waiting list for these across the UK as they are priced at £5000, and there is no budget for hospitals to purchase these. We are hoping to be able to help bring the number of hospitals waiting for one down.
